Solihull Draft Local Plan
The latest Solihull Draft Local Plan was published in 2020 and the RA responded in December 2020. The plan did not receive approval from the planning inspectorate. So it has been withdrawn and will be re-written. The council has launched a fresh call for sites. You can find Draft Local Plan documents here.
