Solihull Draft Local Plan
The latest Solihull Draft Local Plan was published in 2020 and the RA responded in December 2020. The plan is still in the process of seeking approval from the planning inspectorate.
SMBC have now received a response from the Planning Inspectors which is likely to trigger a pause of the Local Plan examination pending the publication of the revised National Planning Policy Framework(NPPF) document in the Spring.
